Order Cancellation: You have the option to cancel or amend your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase.

Damaged Items: If your piece arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged unit to our Customer Care team at info@wallmarvel.com. We will promptly produce and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Lifetime Warranty: All our artworks come with a lifetime warranty. They are authentic and exclusive to us. Please handle the artwork with care to preserve its quality.

Product Return: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the product for a refund or a voucher. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that all return costs are to be covered by the customer, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable in the case of a partial return.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned package, we will contact you to confirm the cancellation of your order. Your refund will be processed within 14 days, although we will make every effort to expedite this process.

Return Exceptions: Please note that our return policy does not apply to items purchased on sale or with a coupon code. Additionally, custom orders and gift cards are not eligible for returns. We cannot accept returns on opened packages, as the art print may be easily damaged.
